Not much to be reported this week. I haven’t taken many pictures other than the few HDR’s and a some more landscapes. Here’s one of the other HDR’s that I did. I can see the benefit to HDR and I can see it getting out of control. It has it’s place and that’s all that needs to be said. Thanks to everyone that commented. Next week, I hope to have some more images up of some newer material.
I’ll share a couple of portraits that I had done a while back when I was working on my portfolio. Two of the images are from Robin, a colleague from a few years ago and one is from my friend Eve.
There was something about this blue wall that I really digged. Unfortunately for Robin, it was also favoured as a washroom for the homeless population.

This image, is one of my favorites of this set. The light was provided by the sun (which is off to the right) and an SB-800 flash that was snooted and pointing directly at his head.
Finally, Eve’s image. I took a bunch in this grass. It’s over at the old turntable on Esquimalt road.
