			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was browsing through twitter this evening and came across a really cool slide show.  It talks all about social media and how companies (and consumers) should be using it to have conversations and not to just blast out useless information that we could get from a more mainstream (read: old school) venue such as T.V. or radio. I encourage everyone who reads this to go through it.  It&#8217;s 80-something slides but it only takes about 5 minutes and it&#8217;s full of awesome facts about social media.
